Creative Specialist
About the role
Contribute to developing promotions across all CCA Retail Divisions, including content creation and customization for applicable members. Customize existing content and help design fully custom creative content for members across all brands. Review content created and released for members to ensure consistency across all visual assets and through the brand voice. Create and manage deliverable schedules on project management platforms such as Airtable. Participate in weekly team meetings to provide project updates, contribute strategic input, and engage in collaborative brainstorming with focus on generating fresh, innovative ideas that support team goals, enhance project outcomes, and drive continuous improvement across initiatives. Update Member distribution lists and tracking. Participate in weekly meetings to provide updates and input for upcoming projects. Maintain and organize photography and video libraries and track talent TV and photography licenses. Collaborate with external vendors and other internal teams to create additional assets needed more efficiently. Participate in special projects across all retail divisions. Provide operational support to various teams and projects. Assist with member projects and inquiries to support brand and marketing initiatives. Attend a week-long convention annually. Occasional local travel throughout the year attending meetings and Member store visits.

Requirements
- Formal education or training in a related field (such as a certificate, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree) plus at least 3 years of experience in graphic design, video production, marketing, advertising, or a related field.
- Experience with creative development, video production, video editing, photography and marketing communications.
Qualifications
- Strong writing and personal computer skills with a high level of proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
- A design portfolio demonstrating your skills is required to be considered for this position. Portfolio should showcase a mix of still graphics and multimedia content, demonstrating versatility across digital, social and video formats.

Pay
Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
Schedule
Hybrid work schedule with opportunity to work remotely Mondays and Fridays and in-office Tuesdays through Thursdays.
