Creative Services Manager - Graphic Designer

About the role

Cintas is seeking a Creative Services Manager - Graphic Designer to provide creative direction, design, and execution of marketing materials in all formats for customers and internal partners across various departments while upholding brand guidelines.

Responsibilities include designing and managing projects such as brochures, catalogs, sales materials, direct mail, RFPs, email campaigns, videos, presentations, posters, art direction of photo and video shoots, social and digital materials, tradeshow and building graphics, and more. This role involves developing long-term creative direction for the corporate brand based on competitors, marketing, and industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Provide creative direction, design, and execution of marketing materials in various formats for customers and internal partners.
• Manage multiple projects from concept, layout, and revisions to completion while meeting deadlines and customer expectations.
• Develop long-term creative direction for the corporate brand based on industry trends, competitor analysis, and marketing insights.
• Art direct photo and video shoots.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the company.

Requirements

• 4+ years of graphic design experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office on Mac platform (video editing skills a plus).
• Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts, Design, or related field.
• Experience using a Digital Asset Management (DAM) system to organize assets.
• Experience leading, managing, and art directing photo and video shoots.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
