Creative Repair Specialist

About the role

This position offers a great work/life balance with no required overtime, no nights, and no weekends. Paid holidays and accrual of vacation are included.

Responsibilities

• On the jobsite for 4+ customers per day
• On-site Work Orders, customer service, and follow-ups
• Working for a variety of customers in different industries including Property Management, Hotels, Movers, Builders, etc.
• Display world-class customer service for tenants and property management staff
• Track work progress and notes in our CRM/Dispatch tool
• Communicate with support team with questions
• Understand and utilize our unique 5-step repair process
• Employ each tool in your custom tool-kit
• Problem-solve repairs with creativity
• Experience working with your hands - This could be in construction, manufacturing, painting, or even a personal hobby.

Requirements

• Experience working in facilities maintenance is a plus but not required.
• An ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors - Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do.
