Creative Repair Specialist
About the Role
As a Surface Experts Technician you will combine artistic talent with hands‑on repair work, completing creative surface repairs—typically in an hour or less—while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Complete four or more creative repairs on‑site each day.
- Perform work in a variety of settings (apartments, hotels, construction sites, etc.) while maintaining strong customer communication.
- Match colors and patterns accurately, using artistic skills to achieve seamless repairs.
- Enter progress notes and repair details into the company CRM/Dispatch tool.
- Follow the proprietary five‑step repair process and master all tools in your personalized kit.
- Collaborate with the Support Team to troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Provide exceptional service to tenants and staff, treating each interaction with professionalism.
Qualifications
- Hands‑on experience with manual work such as construction, manufacturing, painting, sculpting, or similar trades.
- Ability to see, distinguish, and replicate colors; familiarity with color matching is essential.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Pass a background check.
- Facilities‑maintenance background is helpful but not required.
Pay
Base salary of $23 – $27 per hour plus performance‑based commissions starting on day 1.
