Creative Project Manager

Designity is a premium, AI-enabled and human-led Creative-as-a-Service company. We help brands scale creative and marketing work through dedicated Creative Director-led teams. About the role

Our clients are managing ambitious business goals, changing priorities, and creative initiatives that span branding, campaigns, websites, digital experiences, content production, and marketing. They need more than someone who manages timelines. They need a proactive project leader who can create structure, align teams, coordinate resources, communicate with confidence, and keep creative work moving efficiently from the first client conversation through final delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative projects end-to-end - Own multiple creative initiatives across branding, campaigns, websites, digital experiences, content, and marketing projects, ensuring every phase moves forward with clarity, accountability, and momentum.
• Turn business goals into actionable project plans - Lead project kickoffs, clarify client objectives, define scope, establish realistic timelines, and create structured workflows that set Creative Directors and multidisciplinary teams up for success.
• Guide the right creative team - Partner with Creative Directors to allocate creative and marketing resources, balance workloads, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams based on project priorities and client needs.
• Lead client conversations - Build trusted client relationships by managing communications, setting expectations, facilitating feedback cycles, presenting project updates, and resolving challenges with clarity and confidence.
• Conduct Quality Control & Protect the standard - Review project progress and final deliverables to ensure work aligns with client goals, brand standards, project requirements, and Designity's quality expectations before delivery.
• Keep projects moving - Monitor schedules, milestones, budgets, dependencies, and project risks while proactively identifying issues, making adjustments, and removing obstacles to maintain delivery momentum.
• Use AI with intention - Leverage AI tools to strengthen project planning, documentation, reporting, workflow automation, and operational efficiency. Retain human ownership of decision-making, client communication, prioritization, and quality assurance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant project management experience, including managing creative, branding, marketing, or digital projects within an agency or similar creative environment.
• A strong understanding of end-to-end creative workflows across branding, visual communication, digital experiences, marketing campaigns, and content production.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary creative and marketing teams while coordinating priorities across multiple concurrent projects.
• Ability to translate client objectives into clear project plans, realistic timelines, and organized execution while maintaining alignment between business goals and creative delivery.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to anticipate risks, solve problems proactively, and keep complex projects moving efficiently.
• A client-first mindset with experience presenting project updates clearly, managing expectations, facilitating productive feedback cycles, and building trusted relationships.
• Strong written and verbal English communication for client meetings, project documentation, planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
• A high level of accountability, ownership, and the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Practical experience using AI tools to strengthen project management, operational efficiency, or workflow automation without compromising quality.

Pay

Total compensation of $85,000–$105,000 USD based on your qualifications.
