We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes Overview, Responsibilities, Basic Qualifications, Additional Qualifications, Additional Information (salary range, benefits, etc). Also "What We Offer" includes benefits etc. We need to use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate: EEO, equal-opportunity, scam-warning, navigation, cookie, legal, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove "Apply now and join our team!" maybe considered application instruction? Probably remove. Also remove "Only messages left for this purpose will be returned." etc. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to extract content: Overview paragraph: "The Creative Producer makes the Studio's work happen. Reporting to the Art Director, this role is embedded in the creative process from concept through delivery, determining how each presentation, video, or select design assignment should be produced, assembling the right internal and external team, and turning an idea into a clear plan, story, and finished asset. The Producer brings creative fluency, not just coordination, contributing to briefs, scripts, narrative structure, references, and music sourcing and direction while owning vendors, budgets, SOWs, timelines, and production logistics. Comfortable creating rough assemblies or simple edits when useful, the Producer is a production-led creative partner rather than a standalone operations function. This role partners closely across Art Director, Senior Designer, Designer, Franchise, Licensing, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Procurement, and External Creative and Production Partners." That's overview; could be under "About the role". Use

About the role

then

with that paragraph. Responsibilities: list bullet points after "Responsibilities include but are not limited to:" then each line starts with a verb. We'll put

  • each. Basic Qualifications: "7+ years of relevant creative production experience across presentation, video, motion, design, or integrated creative work". That's a qualification; could be under Requirements or Qualifications. The spec includes sections: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to decide mapping. Probably "Basic Qualifications" goes under Requirements or Qualifications. Since we have both Requirements and Qualifications sections, we can put basic qualifications under Requirements, and additional qualifications under Qualifications. Or we could combine. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe combine qualifications into one section "Qualifications". But we have headings list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to include only those with real content. We have content for About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications (basic+additional), Benefits, Pay (salary range), maybe Schedule? No schedule info. So we omit Schedule. Skills? Could extract from additional qualifications: "Solid story and creative judgment...", "Proven command of vendor ecosystems...", "Working fluency in presentation, editing, and motion workflows;", "Working knowledge of AI-assisted creative and production workflows". Those could be Skills. But we could also put them under Qualifications. To avoid many thin sections, maybe combine Qualifications and Skills into one Qualifications section. But we have both headings available; we need to decide. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So better to have fewer sections. We could have About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications (covering basic, additional, skills), Benefits, Pay. That's 5 sections. We need to use

    for each section heading. Use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. For Benefits we have list: medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. Also "This position is bonus eligible." Also "Attractive compensation and comprehensive benefits packages." plus links etc. We should preserve substantive info: benefits list, bonus eligible, maybe also "What We Offer" includes attractive compensation, comprehensive benefits packages, generous paid time off, exciting opportunity, opportunities for on-site/virtual engagement events, unique opportunities to make connections, explore life at Paramount link. We should keep those as benefits? Could treat as Benefits section includes list and also those statements. We'll include them as

maybe. Pay: we have hiring salary range: $85,000.00 - 112,000.00. Also note about geographic location etc. We'll include that as

. We must not include boilerplate: EEO statements, accommodation info, links to benefits page? The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we should remove the EEO paragraph and accommodation request. Also remove "Apply now and join our team!" (application instruction). Remove "Only messages left for this purpose will be returned." etc. Also remove "Explore life at Paramount: https://www.paramount.com/careers/life-at-paramount" maybe considered a link but not boilerplate; it's part of What We Offer. Might keep as part of benefits? It's a link; maybe keep as part of

but it's not boilerplate. However it's a URL; could be considered navigation? It's a link to life-at-paramount; it's part of What We Offer. I'd keep it as part of benefits description. Also remove "Check out our full list of benefits here: https://www.paramount.com/careers/benefits" maybe considered application instruction? It's a link to benefits; but it's part of What We Offer. Might keep? It's a link; but it's not boilerplate. However it's a call to action; maybe considered application instruction? It's not exactly applying; it's just info. I'd keep it as part of benefits. We must preserve all substantive information; not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include the salary range sentence exactly? We can paraphrase but must preserve detail. We'll keep the sentence: "Hiring Salary Range: $85,000.00 - 112,000.00. The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education." Also benefits sentence: "The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is bonus eligible." Also "What We Offer: Attractive compensation and comprehensive benefits packages. Check out our full list of benefits here: https://www.paramount.com/careers/benefitsGenerous paid time off. An exciting and fulfilling opportunity to be part of one of Paramount’s most dynamic teams. Opportunities for both on-site and virtual engagement events. Unique opportunities to make meaningful connections and build a vibrant community, both inside and outside the workplace. Explore life at Paramount: https://www.paramount.com/careers/life-at-paramount" Note there is a missing space after .benefitsGenerous; we need to keep as is? Probably we should keep the text but maybe add a space for readability? The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. Changing punctuation could be considered altering? Adding a space is minor but could be considered altering. Safer to keep exactly as given, but we can format with

and keep the text as is; the missing space will be there. Might look odd but okay. We need to output only HTML fragment, no markdown fences. Let's craft:

      About the role

The Creative Producer makes the Studio's work happen. Reporting to the Art Director, this role is embedded in the creative process from concept through delivery, determining how each presentation, video, or select design assignment should be produced, assembling the right internal and external team, and turning an idea into a clear plan, story, and finished asset. • Create rough assemblies, select reels, or simple creative edits when useful to clarify an idea, accelerate a handoff, or advance the work forward
      • Deliver projects on time, within budget, and at the Studio's creative standard, making early story and production choices that reduce rework and create clear, confident creative pathways, and ensuring external partners operate as a seamless extension of the Studio

      Qualifications

      • Basic Qualifications: 7+ years of relevant creative production experience across presentation, video, motion, design, or integrated creative work
      • Additional Qualifications: Demonstrated success producing presentation, video, motion, or integrated creative work in entertainment, consumer products, branding, or agency environments
      • Solid story and creative judgment, including the ability to write concise briefs or scripts and shape narrative structure, references, and music sourcing or direction
      • Proven command of vendor ecosystems, budgets, estimates, SOWs, schedules, negotiations, production workflows, and asset or usage considerations
      • Working fluency in presentation, editing, and motion workflows; comfortable creating rough assemblies or simple edits when useful
      • Working knowledge of AI-assisted creative and production workflows for briefs, scripts, story development, visual references, rough visualization, and video production, with sound judgment around feasibility, rights, approvals, vendor practices, and production implications
