About the role

We are seeking a Creative Principal and Art Director to join our dynamic team. This role requires a deep understanding of cultural shifts and the ability to translate them into compelling creative concepts.

Responsibilities

  • Set a clear vision and priorities for team strategy, capabilities, and culture.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing, inclusive team.
  • Translate emerging trends and insights into strategic ideas.
  • Deliver marketing, brand, and communications strategies.
  • Build and nurture strong cross-functional partnerships.
  • Oversee the development of compelling, on-brand creative output.
  • Guide the strategic narrative from insight through execution.
  • Establish and maintain standard marketing processes and workflows.
  • Manage the end-to-end creative production lifecycle.
  • Develop strategic visualizations and data-driven storytelling tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Design or equivalent, or a combination of education and relevant experience.
  • A minimum of 10 years of design experience.
  • Excellent sense of design principles, including color, layout, and ability to create visually solid messaging.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud & Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to design within established standards and visual identity.
  • Desire to learn and grow, be self-motivated, and have a positive attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A portfolio of relevant design work.
  • A cover letter detailing your interest in the position and company.

The expected compensation range for this position depends upon skills, experience, education, and geographical location.
