About the role

Kikoff is a profitable, pre-IPO fintech company on a mission to empower everyone to achieve financial security. With record revenue growth in 2025 and a unicorn valuation, we've built a suite of products that help millions of people build credit, access liquidity, and save money. We're scaling fast and looking for a Creative Operations Manager for a 3–6 month engagement to help us build a faster, smarter, more AI-enabled creative operation with a heavy focus on performance video.

You’ll work alongside Creative and Growth leadership to understand how our creative engine works today, identify inefficiencies, and build better ways of working. A major part of your role will be exploring how AI, automation, and new creative tools can fundamentally improve our workflows, from production to reviews, versioning, analysis, and creative learnings.

Responsibilities

  • Optimize the Video Creative Engine: Get deep into how performance video moves from concept to script, production, editing, review, iteration, trafficking, and launch. Identify bottlenecks and build systems that help us produce more high-quality video, faster.
  • Drive the Shift to AI-Native Creative Workflows: Lead the transition from traditional creative processes to AI-native ways of working across ideation, scripting, video production, editing, versioning, localization, QA, reviews, and creative analysis. Identify where AI can replace, compress, or fundamentally redesign existing workflows, implement the right tools and processes, and drive adoption across the team.
  • Drive Creative Reviews: Own and run the day-to-day creative review process, with a heavy focus on performance video. Keep reviews moving, consolidate feedback, ensure the right stakeholders are involved, and push work toward clear decisions and launch.
  • Make Reviews Faster & Smarter: Identify where reviews are creating unnecessary work or bottlenecks, then use clearer standards, better processes, AI, and automation to reduce manual review without sacrificing creative quality or compliance.
  • Improve Resourcing & Capacity: Maintain a holistic view of demand and capacity across editors, creators, designers, agencies, freelancers, and AI-enabled production. Surface tradeoffs early and identify where new workflows can unlock additional capacity.
  • Build Better Visibility: Create lightweight systems that give Creative and Growth leadership a clear view into what’s being made, what’s blocked, where resources are going, and what is actually driving results.
  • Solve High-Impact Operational Problems: Jump into messy, ambiguous problems, diagnose the root cause, and implement practical solutions that make the Creative organization faster and more effective.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in creative operations, creative production, performance creative, integrated production, or marketing operations.
  • You thrive at high volume and high speed. You’ve operated in environments shipping a large volume of creative every week, where priorities shift quickly and processes need to enable speed rather than slow it down.
  • Strong experience with performance video creative, ideally across paid social channels such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, or similar platforms.
  • Highly AI-curious and hands-on. You actively experiment with AI tools and are excited about using them to rethink how creative work gets done, not just incrementally speed up existing processes.
  • Highly systems-oriented. You can solve the immediate problem while also asking what needs to change so the problem doesn’t happen again.
  • Excellent communicator who can move fluidly between detailed execution and higher-level operational recommendations.

Nice to have

  • Experience working closely with paid acquisition teams and creative performance data.
  • Experience with AI-assisted creative workflows and automation.
  • Experience managing a mix of internal teams, freelancers, agencies, and creators.
  • Experience in fintech or another highly regulated category.
