About the role
We are a design, fashion, and creative agency based in California and Seoul. Our team collaborates with underground artists and experimental musicians both domestically and internationally.
Responsibilities
- Support production planning across shoots, events, campaigns, and digital projects
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets across physical and digital workstreams
- Cook up schedules and handoffs across internal teams and external collaborators (photographers, editors, developers, animators, vendors)
- Manage logistics for physical production: equipment, materials, travel, call sheets
- Manage workflows for digital production: asset delivery, version control, file organization
- Maintain project documentation and creative asset archives
- Absolutely assist on-site at shoots and events as needed
- Flag delays, conflicts, or issues before they become problems
- Help source vendors, freelancers, and production resources
Requirements
- Current student or recent graduate in a relevant field, or 0–2 years in production, operations, or project coordination
- Highly organized; you track details and follow through without being reminded
- Clear communicator; can coordinate across teams, collaborators, and vendors
- Comfortable with spreadsheets, schedules, and project management tools (Notion, Airtable, Google Sheets)
- Familiar with creative workflows—physical (shoots, events) and digital (video, web, motion, 3D)
- Calm under pressure; can handle fast timelines and shifting priorities
- Resourceful problem-solver; figures things out without waiting to be told how
- Interest in fashion, art, or cultural production—you want to understand how things get made
- Familiarity with East Asian markets and culture a plus
- Flexible on hours for shoots, events, and time zone coordination
