Creative Marketing Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Creative Marketing Manager to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will own creative strategy and execution across key marketing channels, with a strong focus on digital storytelling, brand expression, and social engagement. The ideal candidate will help translate complex financial topics into clear, compelling content that resonates with consumers. You will partner closely with marketing stakeholders to shape creative standards, measure performance, and support the rollout of a refreshed visual identity. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually Responsibilities Own creative strategy and execution across multiple marketing channels, including the website and social media Define success metrics and testing plans for creative performance across the marketing funnel Design creative assets for various channels as the primary in-house designer Set and maintain creative standards during the rollout of a new visual identity Lead organic social media presence and engage with followers across platforms Create and edit short-form video content for social media channels Manage a creator and influencer program, tracking results and partnerships Qualifications 5+ years in graphic design, creative, or content marketing, with both strategy and execution experience Strong portfolio showcasing short-form and long-form work, including video and web content Solid graphic design foundation, including layout, typography, and accessibility standards Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Premiere Pro Comfortable on camera and ready to represent the brand on social channels Ability to simplify complex financial topics into clear content Experience building content strategies and understanding SEO Benefits Generous medical, dental, and vision insurance options Eligible for annual bonus 401k plan with a matching contribution Generous PTO including sick leave, vacation, and volunteer time 12 weeks paid parental leave Company-paid short- and long-term disability and life insurance Monthly tech stipend for remote work expenses Fully distributed workforce, allowing for flexible work arrangements Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
