Creative Lab

SMC Media is seeking a Denver-based intern to join our Creative Lab. This hybrid position combines on-site content production for Denver-area clients with remote shadowing and professional development across SMC Media.

Responsibilities

• Attend scheduled on-site client shoots in the Denver area
• Capture short-form video and supporting content based on provided creative direction, shot lists, and scripts
• Coordinate with SMC’s remote team before and after shoots
• Shadow team members across creative strategy, content management, and internal operations
• Participate in select meetings, trainings, brainstorms, and account discussions
• Gain exposure to the full content process, from strategy and production to performance analysis

Requirements

• Based in or near Denver and have reliable transportation to client shoots
• Interest in social media, content creation, marketing, or communications
• Comfortable filming short-form content and working directly with clients
• Organized, dependable, and able to work independently
• Interested in gaining both hands-on production experience and broader agency exposure
