Creative Director (US)
About the role
As we scale from $300M+ ARR toward $1B, HiBob is seeking a Creative Director who is equal parts visionary architect and hands-on creative leader. You won't just manage design, you will define the heartbeat of the HiBob brand, transforming it into a category-defining visual and narrative system that challenges the status quo of the HR tech space. Day-to-day, you are the bridge between high-level brand strategy and rigorous execution. You lead creative reviews with a discerning eye, translating complex business objectives into actionable art direction that is as conversion-focused as it is beautiful. Partnering deeply with Brand, Regional Marketing, Demand Generation, and Product Marketing, you ensure our visual storytelling is cohesive across every touchpoint, from high-impact TV and OOH campaigns to digital performance assets. You will spearhead a complete overhaul of our visual identity, creating a compelling, human-centric design language that resonates deeply across the US market and beyond. We are looking for a storyteller who understands that design is a business lever; someone with a rock-solid graphic design background who sees beyond the layout. You understand that great art direction is the foundation for a brand that disrupts, engages, and endures. You will lead the charge in building a world-class creative culture, managing internal talent, contractors, and agencies to ensure every pixel and every word elevates our position as a leader defining the future of work.
