Requirements
- Experience: 10+ years of digital design experience, with a heavy emphasis on marketing websites, microsites, and interactive storytelling.
- Portfolio of "Wow": A portfolio demonstrating high-end web design (Awwwards-caliber work).
- Technical Fluency: Deep expertise in UI/UX principles and site architecture.
- Tool Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Figma and familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Client Presence: Proven ability to command a room and present creative work with confidence and strategic clarity.
Qualifications

Skills
- Experience in leading a team of designers.
- Expertise in UI/UX principles and site architecture.
- Deep understanding of modern front-end development (HTML/CSS/JS/WebGL).
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ability to translate the Google brand into digital environments.
- Knowledge of prototyping tools (Protopie, Principle).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with AI and machine learning in web design.

Pay
$160,000—$175,000 USD
Schedule
Flexible, with a set number of days required to be in the office per week, according to Monks’ then-current Return to Office (RTO) policy, which is subject to change from time to time.
