Position Overview
Serve as a senior creative leader providing strategic guidance across integrated marketing and branding initiatives. Develop and oversee creative concepts that support campaign goals, ensuring consistency and brand alignment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, agencies, and vendors to bring creative visions to life. Review and provide feedback on creative materials during all phases of production to ensure quality and effectiveness. Present creative strategies and recommendations to senior leadership, influencing key campaign decisions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of creative direction experience with a portfolio demonstrating large-scale, integrated campaigns
- Proven success in overseeing multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social, print, and video channels
- Strong presentation skills with experience in presenting to senior executives and stakeholders
- Ability to translate audience insights and business objectives into compelling creative strategies
- Excellent collaboration skills with agencies, designers, copywriters, and production teams
