Creative Director (Art), Energy Sector

For our client, we are seeking a Creative Director (Art), Energy Sector to join the team of a leader in the Media space. This role will lead the creative vision for energy-sector client work, shaping ideas from brief through execution across multiple channels. The Creative Director will partner closely with strategists, account leads, and production teams to deliver high-impact campaigns that are both conceptually strong and strategically grounded. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who can inspire creative teams, present with confidence, and maintain quality and urgency across a fast-moving portfolio of work. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $131,256 – $223,134 annually Responsibilities Lead creative strategy for major energy accounts, translating briefs into innovative ideas Develop multi-channel campaigns across digital, social, video, experiential, and earned media Mentor and direct creative teams toward impactful execution Present work persuasively to internal and external stakeholders Operate with urgency and quality across multiple workstreams Adapt to new technologies, tools, and shifting priorities Shape a culture of creative excellence and collaboration Qualifications 12+ years of creative experience in agency or studio settings, including senior leadership roles A portfolio showcasing standout conceptual and executional work Experience in energy, sustainability, or behavior-change campaigns preferred Fluency in emerging creative technologies, including AI-supported workflows Strong strategic thinking and communication skills Benefits Opportunity to work in a mission-driven creative studio Collaborative environment with diverse teams Engagement with major energy-sector clients Focus on innovative and impactful creative work Potential for professional growth and mentorship opportunities Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
