Key Responsibilities

• Design digital creative across CRM, paid social, ecommerce, and websites
• Develop campaign concepts and VISID’s for product launches and seasonal promotions
• Create site graphics, landing pages, banners, and ecommerce merchandising assets
• Translate brand guidelines into compelling digital experiences while helping evolve visual systems over time
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring ideas from concept through execution
• Present work clearly, receive feedback thoughtfully, and iterate quickly
• Maintain exceptional attention to detail while managing multiple projects simultaneously

Required Experince

• 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience, within an agency or consumer brand
• Exceptional understanding of typography, composition, color, hierarchy, and layout
• Ability to blend photography, illustration, typography, and graphic elements into cohesive, ownable creative
• Experience designing across multiple digital channels with an understanding of how creative adapts across platforms

Technical Experience

• Figma
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)

Preferred Qualifications

• Print experience is a plus

$75,000–$95,000, commensurate with experience
