About the role
The Creative Designer/Developer will be responsible for designing and developing multimedia solutions for training, education, and communication initiatives. This includes creating blended learning solutions, producing deliverables for various training formats, and assisting with production and post-production processes.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop advanced learning projects that provide performance-based skills training.
- Create and produce 2D and 3D animations for communication and education purposes.
- Develop interface and responsive design wireframes and mockups.
- Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop storyboards and participate in production on-site.
- Assist in organizing and archiving assets.
- Use SharePoint and other content management systems to launch and deploy designs.
- Conceptualize and develop innovative designs that adhere to brand and departmental standards.
- Build out curricula, presentation material, and a resource library.
- Create stunning visuals and facilitate the creation of facilitator guides and slides.
- Collate and present case studies as part of the curriculum design.
Requirements
- Two to three years of experience.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc).
- A solid understanding of design, color, and typography principles.
- Basic experience with eLearning software (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
- Competency in Adobe After Effects or other motion graphic software.
- Experience with 3D graphics applications (Cinema 4D, Maya).
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web languages.
- Photo retouching/manipulation skills.
- Experience with Audio and Video production and editing using Adobe applications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Art, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or Instructional Design related field.
Skills
- Adobe Creative Cloud applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc).
