About the role

Fives Intralogistics Corp. seeks a Creative Content Designer to join our team. This role is for a creator who can transform complex automation solutions into compelling visual content that informs, inspires, and drives engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Create scroll-stopping content for LinkedIn, digital campaigns, email marketing, websites, and sales enablement.
  • Develop branded visuals that simplify complex automation and intralogistics concepts.
  • Create infographics, motion graphics, animations, and short-form video content.
  • Produce content optimized for social engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation.
  • Maintain and evolve Fives' visual identity across all marketing channels.
  • Develop fresh, modern creative concepts that strengthen brand recognition.
  • Collaborate with Marketing leadership on campaign strategy, creative direction, and content planning.
  • Ensure visual consistency across digital, print, trade show, and internal communications.
  • Produce creative assets using Adobe Creative Cloud, including: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
  • Edit and produce video content for social media, customer stories, product demonstrations, and events.
  • Design presentations, trade show graphics, digital ads, and marketing collateral.
  • Leverage AI-powered creative tools and Large Language Models (LLMs) to accelerate content ideation, storyboarding, concept development, and creative production.
  • Create AI-assisted visual concepts, image generation prompts, and content variations while maintaining brand standards.
  • Partner with Marketing leadership to identify opportunities to use AI to improve content velocity, creativity, and engagement.
  • Stay current on emerging AI tools, content technologies, and digital marketing trends.
  • Explore innovative uses of AI for video creation, design workflows, visual storytelling, and campaign execution.
  • Create pre-show campaigns, booth graphics, video loops, and digital assets.
  • Develop motion graphics and interactive visuals for industry events such as MODEX, ProMat, IABSC, and more.
  • Help bring product demonstrations, customer success stories, and innovation launches to life visually.
  • Support photography and video production efforts during events.
  • Collaborate & innovate with Marketing, Sales, Product Management, and Engineering teams.
  • Translate technical concepts into engaging visual stories.
  • Contribute innovative ideas that elevate campaigns and strengthen the customer experience.
  • Support social media, email marketing, thought leadership, and product launch initiatives.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in graphic design, multimedia production, creative marketing, or content creation.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing visual storytelling, digital design, video production, and motion graphics.
  • Advanced proficiency in: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, color theory, and brand systems.
  • Experience creating content for LinkedIn and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Experience using AI-powered creative tools and Large Language Models such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, or similar platforms.
  • Able to write effective prompts and leverage AI tools to enhance creative workflows and content development.
  • Strong understanding of how AI can be applied responsibly while maintaining brand integrity and authentic storytelling.

Qualifications

  • Advanced motion graphics and animation experience.
  • Video shooting, editing, and production experience.
  • Experience designing for trade shows, experiential marketing, or large-scale environments.
  • Familiarity with prompt engineering and AI-assisted creative workflows.
  • Experience creating AI-generated imagery, video, or multimedia content.
  • Knowledge of emerging trends in generative AI, digital marketing, and content automation.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, color theory, and brand systems.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Experience using AI-powered creative tools and Large Language Models.
  • Strong understanding of how AI can be applied responsibly while maintaining brand integrity and authentic storytelling.

Competitive salary commensurate with experience.

Schedule

Hybrid schedule with approximately 10%-15% travel.
