Since then, we’ve launched Voidpet Dungeon, our flagship RPG.We are an 8-person team working fully remote over Discord.About the roleWe’re looking for a Creative Builder to help us make ads, videos, stories, and launches that people actually want to watch.This role might be for you if you’ve always been good at technical or analytical work, but find yourself more excited about writing stories, designing games, making videos, or obsessing over what makes entertainment compelling.What you’ll doDevelop concepts and scripts for ads, animated shorts, teasers, and launchesDirect and collaborate with animators, artists, editors, and creatorsMake and prototype creative yourself using whatever tools get the job doneAnalyze why ads, games, videos, and stories work and apply those insights to VoidpetWhat we’re looking forExceptional analytical ability and learning speedStrong instincts for storytelling, entertainment, and what captures attentionStrong visual taste and opinions about what looks goodHigh agency and willingness to learn unfamiliar creative toolsTechnical background encouraged, but not requiredCompensation$120,000-$150,000 per year based on experience
