About the role
We're looking for a Creative—an entry-level videographer and editor—who is passionate about storytelling, eager to learn, and excited to create compelling content for a variety of brands and stakeholders. In this role, you'll be assigned to support different internal teams and clients, producing high-quality video content from concept through final delivery. You'll work alongside experienced creatives, producers, designers, and strategists while developing your technical skills and creative voice.
Responsibilities
- Capture video content on location using professional camera, audio, and lighting equipment.
- Edit engaging content for social media, digital campaigns, branded content, and marketing initiatives.
- Support producers and stakeholders by translating creative briefs into polished visual stories.
- Manage footage organization, backups, and project files throughout production.
- Collaborate with editors, designers, photographers, producers, and account teams to deliver cohesive creative work.
- Auxiliary with pre-production planning, including equipment preparation, shot lists, and production logistics.
- Maintain production equipment and help ensure shoots run smoothly.
- Receive and apply creative feedback from teammates and stakeholders.
- Deliver projects on schedule while maintaining high production standards.
- Continuously learn new production techniques, camera systems, editing workflows, and creative trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or related field or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong understanding of video production fundamentals.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Premiere Pro.
- Basic proficiency with cameras, lenses, lighting, and audio equipment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Willingness to travel for productions as needed.
- Valid driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with After Effects, Photoshop, or Lightroom.
- Familiarity with Sony, Blackmagic camera systems.
- Basic color correction and audio mixing knowledge.
- Drone certification (FAA Part 107) is a plus.
- Motion graphics experience is a bonus.
