About the role
The Associate Creative Director (ACD) is a transitional but vital part of the agency. They have their feet in two distinct worlds: they are still creating the work but are also beginning to learn the skills of managing junior creatives and senior clients.
Responsibilities
- Concept and direct ideas of the highest caliber
- Expertly manage all facets of the production process: preproduction and postproduction, working and collaborating with producers, directors and photographers
- Lead a team of junior and midlevel teams in an open and supportive way
- Persuasively present work and own client interactions at all levels
- Be self-sufficient and able to work proactively and independently if required, with minor support from Creative Directors
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in advertising or related fields working in Copywriting
- Prior creation of award-winning or breakthrough work
- Portfolio showing the conception and execution of ideas in many styles (comedy, drama, emotional, technical, and more) across all media channels
- Willingness to travel when needed
Pay
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below. We anticipate this job posting will be posted until 10/11/2026.
