About the role

We're building the core operating system for hospital workforce operations — competing directly with legacy HR/ERP platforms. And we're winning. We're already live across 20+ hospitals, near 8-figures in revenue, and have raised funding from top investors. We've 3x'ed revenue in the last 3 months, and are scaling fast.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Vitalize's core product features
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and sales
• Contribute to the success of Vitalize's mission-driven culture

Requirements

• Experience in software development or related field
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for healthcare and technology

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience

Skills

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript
• Experience with data analysis and machine learning
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
