Creamery Attendant - Reserve

About the role

Creamery Attendants are based in Antler Hill Village, adjacent to Cedric’s Tavern and the Winery. They deliver world-class guest service to guests in a timely, friendly manner while working as part of a dynamic, proactive Food & Beverage outlets team.

Responsibilities

• Serving and taking care of the guests.
• Keeping the area stocked and well maintained.
• Keeping product stocked and fresh at all times.
• Responsible for learning Micros system.
• Having excellent money skills.
• Keeping work area cleaned and sanitized following Health Department guidelines.

Requirements

• Previous hospitality, restaurant, retail and/or guest service experience preferred.
• The ideal candidate will have had six (6) months of prior guest service experience.
• Must be able to obtain a ServSafe certification within 120 days of hire.
• Solid math skills and the ability to handle cash and credit transactions.
• Must have a cheerful, caring, and considerate attitude and a genuine desire to deliver world class service.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be adaptable to a fast-paced environment and be a hard worker.
• Able to be proactive, take initiative and exercise good judgment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time.
• Ability to climb stairs and ladders as needed.
• Ability to work indoors and outside in all types of weather with fluctuations in temperature and conditions.

Pay

$16.32 - $22/hour average, dependent on business volume ($10.50/hour plus tips).

Schedule

Shifts vary, and will include weekdays and weekends.
