Duties & Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze all financial and business information to determine credit worthiness for loans.
- Prepare a written evaluation of borrowers' financial condition and future outlook, as well as identify strengths and risks associated with our relationship sponsors and guarantors.
- Obtain and follow up on all required documents.
- Monitor financial reporting requirements and obtain and analyze financial and loan information.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance
- Preferred: Related internship/work experience in finance or banking
- Preferred: Related internship/work experience in a Commercial Real Estate environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including grammar and demeanor
- Confidence, assertiveness, professionalism, and ability to interact with all levels of the organization
Related Qualifications
- Successful completion of Huntington's Credit College (3 consecutive weeks in Columbus, Ohio)
- Periodic travel throughout Huntington's footprint
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, planning, and follow-up
- Excellence in customer service, highly motivated, focused and goal oriented
- Ability to work independently and in groups on multiple tasks without compromising quality
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and internet resources
