CRC Shop Service Technician

About the role

Wheeler Machinery is seeking a full‑time Service Technician in Hurricane, UT. The role involves disassembling all components, inspecting them, and preparing an add‑list in a timely manner, helping the flow of jobs through the shop with quality, and completing tasks within Caterpillar flat rates.

Responsibilities

• Inspecting parts and determining reusability
• Knowledge of SIS and Caterpillar components
• Quality checking components while they are being assembled
• Working with others to get the job through the shop
• Ordering parts
• Performing all other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma
• Knowledge of Caterpillar SIS
• Safety‑minded
• Possess all tools up to ¾‑drive standard and metric
• At least 3‑4 years of experience with Caterpillar components
