Crate Builder

Packaging and Palletizing

• Package each part in a way that prohibits damage
• Build wooden crates to transport products
• Ensure the label on the packaging matches the label on the part
• Work as a team when loading parts onto a pallet
• Check for quality defects
• Take direction from the team lead for position rotation

Qualifications

• Previous experience in assembly in a manufacturing environment
• Previous experience using a saw and hand/power tools
• Ability to read basic pick lists, labels, and part numbers
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
• Basic computer knowledge
• High school completion or equivalent preferred

Pay and Benefits

The target hourly range is $19.00 - $23.00, depending upon qualifications and experience. The posted pay range reflects the expected compensation for a fully qualified candidate. Starting pay may be above or below this range based on job-related factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, and training needs.

In addition to hourly pay, the compensation package also includes eligibility for profit-sharing and monthly bonus opportunity.
