About the role
The Crane Parts Counter Specialist is responsible for managing the inventory and sales of crane parts at HOLT CAT.Responsibilities
- Manage inventory levels and ensure timely restocking of crane parts.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding crane part availability and pricing.
- Process orders and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve service.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new products and industry trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the heavy equipment industry.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
