Crane Operator - Certified Hydraulic with CDL
About the role
ALL Carolina Crane & Equipment, located in Raleigh, is seeking certified Crane Operators with a CDL for our rental taxi‑fleet. Preference is given to local candidates or those willing to relocate. This is a full‑time, non‑exempt position with a comprehensive benefits package and a $300 sign‑on bonus payable after 100 days of continuous, successful employment. Responsibilities
- Safely operate complex heavy lift equipment
- Read lift plans, load charts and operate a personal computer
- Maintain conformity to safety requirements and other regulations
- Prepare proper documentation of actions taken
Requirements
- Active certificate from an accredited crane operator testing organization that meets OSHA criteria
- CDL highly desired
Skills
- Experience in crane set‑up and tear‑down (a definite plus)
- Strong initiative; ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision
- Ability to work safely around moving machinery
- Able to work in conditions with marked changes in temperature and humidity
