We need to output HTML fragment with sections only if real content. The posting includes many bullet-like lines but no clear headings. We need to infer sections: maybe "Responsibilities", "Requirements", "Qualifications", "Skills", "Benefits", "Pay", "Schedule". The posting includes responsibilities: operating crane, inspecting, maintenance, carrying tools, understanding billing, traveling crane, wearing PPE, cleaning, utilizing manufacturers recommendations, directing truck drivers, mentoring others. Also requirements: minimum class A CDL, NCCCO certification, crane operator qualification evaluations, knowledge of OSHA/ANSI, proficient oral/written communication, passed pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, DOT physical, 7-year background check, able to take direction, mentor others, perform daily/monthly inspections, follow safety policies, clean driving record, able to drive haul truck and deliver loads, maintain logbook and hours. No explicit pay, schedule, benefits. So we should not include those sections. We can have sections: Responsibilities, Requirements (maybe combine qualifications). Could also have "Qualifications" separate but we have many requirement lines. Could split into "Requirements" and "Qualifications" but they'd be similar. Better to have one section "Requirements" covering all. Could also have "Skills" for communication etc. But we need to avoid thin sections. Let's make two sections: Responsibilities and Requirements. We need to use

for section headings. Use
  • for lists. Use

for prose. There's some introductory paragraph about Joyce Steel Erection etc. That's prose; we can put that in a

before sections. We must not repeat job title as heading. No job ID. Remove boilerplate: equal opportunity, accommodation request, etc. Also remove "Following receipt of a conditional offer..." etc. That's boilerplate? It's about screening processes; maybe we can keep? It's not responsibilities/requirements but it's a condition. Might be considered boilerplate; but it's specific to hiring process. The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The conditional offer line is not exactly EEO but it's about screening; could be considered part of application instructions? It's about post-offer screening. Might be considered part of process; but it's not a responsibility or requirement. Safer to drop it. Also drop the equal opportunity employer line and accommodation request. Thus we keep only the descriptive content about role and responsibilities/requirements. Let's extract responsibilities lines: - OPERATING CRANE UNDER COMPLETE CONTROL - OPERATING CRANE UNDER SUPERVISION - INSPECTING THE CRANE AND ALL OF ITS COMPONENTS AND BELOW THE HOOK LIFTING DEVICES ROUTINELY AND PERIODICALLY TO ENSURE ITS SAFETY AND THE SAFETY OF ALL INVOLVED. - PERFORMING ROUTINE MAINTENANCE - CARRYING TOOLS FOR PERFORMING REPAIRS AS NEEDED - UNDERSTANDING AND EXECUTING THE JOB BILLING PROCESS - TRAVELING THE CRANE TO AND FROM JOB SITES. - WEARING REQUIRED PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT WHILE PERFORMING WORK. - CLEANING AND MAINTAINING THE CRANE AND ALL COMPONENTS - UTILIZING MANUFACTURERS RECOMMENDATIONS DURING ASSEMBLY/DISASSEMBLY WHILE ERECTING CRANE, AND WHILE OPERATING THE CRANE IN ALL CONFIGURATIONS - DIRECTING TRUCK DRIVERS AND CRANE HELPERS DURING THE PROCESS OF ASSEMBLY/DISASSEMBLY, CRANE SET UP, AND SCOPE OF WORK. - MENTOR OTHER CRANE OPERATORS, CRANE HELPERS, ETC. Requirements lines: - MINIMUM CLASS A CDL DRIVERS LICENSE AND MAINTAIN IT - MUST POSSESS A N.C.C.C.O. CRANE OPERATOR CERTIFICATION CARD FOR SIZE AND TYPE OF CRANE OPERATING. - MUST POSSESS CRANE OPERATOR QUALIFICATION EVALUATIONS ON ALL TYPES OF SIZE AND TYPE OF CRANES OPERATING. - MUST HAVE NECESSARY KNOWLEDGE OF OSHA REGULATIONS, AND ANSI STANDARDS ASSOCIATED WITH CRANE AND RIGGING SERVICES - MUST BE PROFICIENT IN ORAL AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATION SKILLS - HAVE PASSED AND PRE-EMPLOYMENT DRUG AND ALCOHOL SCREEN, DOT PHYSICAL, AND 7 YEAR BACKGROUND CHECK. - MUST BE ABLE TO TAKE DIRECTION(S) FROM SUPERVISION. - MUST BE ABLE TO MENTOR OTHER CRANE OPERATORS, CRANE HELPERS, ETC. - MUST PERFORM DAILY AND MONTHLY EQUIPMENT INSPECTIONS - MUST FOLLOW ALL SAFETY AND COMPANY POLICIES AND PROCEDURES AS WELL AS THAT OF CUSTOMERS. - HAVE A CLEAN DRIVING RECORD - BE ABLE TO DRIVE HAUL TRUCK AND DELIVER LOADS - MAINTAIN LOGBOOK AND HOURS We also have introductory paragraph: "Joyce Steel Erection, Ltd. As a part of the global industrial organization Marmon Holdings—which is backed by Berkshire Hathaway—you’ll be doing things that matter, leading at every level, and winning a better way. We’re committed to making a positive impact on the world, providing you with diverse learning and working opportunities, and fostering a culture where everyone’s empowered to be their best." We can put that as a

    . Now produce HTML:

We need to ensure no extra spaces, proper capitalization? Not required. Keep content as is but we can normalize case. The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Changing case is okay as it's not altering meaning. But better to keep original phrasing? The original is all caps; we can keep as is but maybe better to keep as is for readability. However, we can keep original caps; it's fine. Let's keep original caps but maybe adjust punctuation. Keep as original but fix typos: "LITITNG" -> "LIFTING", "INVOLVDED" -> "INVOLVED", "PERIODICLY" -> "PERIODICALLY". Those are typos in original; we should preserve? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; fixing typos could be considered altering. However, they are obvious typos; but we might keep them as is? Safer to keep as is? The original text: "INSPECTING THE CRANE AND ALL OF ITS COMPONENTS AND BELOW THE HOOK LITITNG DEVICES ROUTINELY AND PERIODICLY TO ENSURE ITS SAFETY AND THE SAFETY OF ALL INVOLVDED." That's misspelled. If we keep misspelled, we preserve original. I'd keep as is. Similarly "PERFORMING ROUTINE MAINTENANCE" fine. "CARRYING TOOLS FOR PERFORMING REPAIRS AS NEEDED". "UNDERSTANDING AND EXECUTING THE JOB BILLING PROCESS". "TRAVELLING THE CRANE TO AND FROM JOB SITES." (double L). "WEARING REQUIRED PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT WHILE PERFORMING WORK." "CLEANING AND MAINTAINING THE CRANE AND ALL COMPONENTS". "UTILIZING MANUFACTURERS RECOMMENDATIONS DURING ASSEMBLY/DISASSEMBLY WHILE ERECTING CRANE, AND WHILE OPERATING THE CRANE IN ALL CONFIGURATIONS". "DIRECTING TRUCK DRIVERS AND CRANE HELPERS DURING THE PROCESS OF ASSEMBLY/DISASSEMBLY, CRANE SET UP, AND SCOPE OF WORK." "MENTOR OTHER CRANE OPERATORS, CRANE HELPERS, ETC." (should be MENTOR? maybe "MENTOR OTHER..."). Requirements lines: "MINIMUM CLASS A CDL DRIVERS LICENSE AND MAINTAIN IT". "MUST POSSESS A N.C.C.C.O. CRANE OPERATOR CERTIFICATION CARD FOR SIZE AND TYPE OF CRANE OPERATING." "MUST POSSESS CRANE OPERATOR QUALIFICATION EVALUATIONS ON ALL TYPES OF SIZE AND TYPE OF CRANES OPERATING." "MUST HAVE NECESSARY KNOWLEDGE OF OSHA REGULATIONS, AND ANSI STANDARDS ASSOCIATED WITH CRANE AND RIGGING SERVICES". "MUST BE PROFICIENT IN ORAL AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATION SKILLS". "HAVE PASSED AND PRE-EMPLO
