Crane Field Service Technician 1
About the role
Crane Field Service Technician 1 is responsible for maintaining and repairing cranes and other heavy machinery in field service settings.
Essential Functions
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues on cranes and related equipment.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to resolve issues promptly.
- Document work performed and maintain accurate records.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing complex machinery.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of safety procedures and regulations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- At least 2 years of experience in field service or maintenance.
- Experience with crane operation and repair.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
