Craftsman / Handyman

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of residential repair and maintenance tasks
• Complete work involving: Carpentry, Drywall repair, Painting, Tile work, Minor plumbing repairs, General remodeling and maintenance
• Deliver safe, clean, and professional workmanship
• Manage Daily Workflow
• Review schedules and job details daily
• Contact customers to confirm appointments and arrival times
• Use company mobile tools/apps to track work progress and updates
• Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners
• Explain repair options and project expectations
• Build trust through punctuality, transparency, and quality work
• Maintain Professional Standards
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Maintain tools and equipment properly
• Ensure every project meets company quality standards
• Build Long-Term Client Relationships
• Deliver service that consistently earns positive customer feedback
• Become a trusted resource for repeat customers and referrals

  Requirements

  • Must Have: 2-5+ years of verifiable residential trade experience
  • Experience in one or more of the following: Carpentry, Drywall, Tile, Painting, Remodeling, General handyman services
  • Strong proficiency with hand and power tools
  • Reliable vehicle (truck or van preferred)
  • Personal set of professional-grade tools
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Comfortable using mobile technology for scheduling and reporting
  • Nice to Have: Experience across multiple trade disciplines, Customer-facing service experience, Knowledge of residential building codes and repair best practices, Minor plumbing or electrical experience
