About the role

Ace Handyman Services is a top-rated handyman, repair, and remodeling company serving the Charlotte Metro Area. We provide quality craftsmanship for all of our clients' repair, maintenance, and remodeling projects, both large and small, inside and outside.

Responsibilities

- Handle business aspects - Handle job scheduling - Provide quality craftsmanship and customer service - Work out of your home on your choice of a full-time or part-time basis - Travel to job sites in Insert Municipality here and nearby areas

Requirements

- Strong work ethic - Professional appearance and demeanor - Good overall knowledge of all trades (Carpentry, Tiling, Painting, Drywalling, Light Plumbing, and Electrical) - Excellent customer service skills - Solid communication and interpersonal abilities - Positive interaction with a wide variety of clients, employees, management, and office personnel - Must live within 20 miles of Matthews, NC - Successful prior track record as a Carpenter/Craftsman; estimation skills and prior home inspection experience, strongly preferred - Ability to perform minor electrical and plumbing - Own standard set of tools to perform all of the above trades - Own truck or van - Current and valid driver’s license - Residence within 20 miles of Charlotte - Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills - Strong documentation and invoicing skills - Ability to pass a background check
