Craftsman / Carpenter

About the role

We are currently seeking a highly motivated professional Craftsman with skills in multiple trades. The ideal candidate will possess a good overall knowledge of all trades: Plumbing, Carpentry, Tile, Electrical, Drywall, and proper equipment. The role involves troubleshooting skills, excellent communication, and the ability to maintain high integrity and exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Properly assess properties and communicate potential repairs or services to customers.
• Communicate effectively with Management, Office Personnel, Fellow Employees, Homeowners, Suppliers, Property Managers, and Commercial Customers.
• Take pride in your skills and abilities, and be willing to exceed customer expectations.
• Work independently and manage job sites with freedom to interact directly with Homeowners and Property Managers.
• Provide professional services that delight customers in temperature-controlled indoor environments.

Requirements

• Not necessarily having every tool, but knowing what tools are needed for certain tasks.
• Quick thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
• Presentable with a clean-cut appearance and decent-looking vehicle.
• Organized tools and a clean workspace.

Schedule

Monday through Friday work week (8 am to 5 pm) - No weekend work.
