About the role

Ace Handyman Services in Brentwood is seeking multi-skilled Carpenters with a strong work ethic and professional demeanor. This is a W2 position offering flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work independently.

Responsibilities

- Work out of your home on a full-time or part-time basis. - Travel to job sites in Brentwood and nearby areas using your own vehicle. - Provide quality craftsmanship and excellent customer service. - Perform tasks including Carpentry, Tiling, Painting, Drywalling, and light Plumbing and Electrical work. - Display strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Interact positively with various clients, including management, office personnel, and fellow employees.

Requirements

- Successful prior track record as a Carpenter/Craftsman; estimation skills and prior home inspection experience are preferred. - Ability to perform minor electrical and plumbing tasks. - Own a standard set of tools for all trades mentioned. - Own a truck or van. - Valid driver's license. - Residence within 15 miles of Brentwood. - Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Excellent documentation and invoicing skills. - Professional appearance and demeanor. - B2 Contractor License is a plus.

Pay

Hourly rates range from $24.00 to $30.00 per hour.
