Overview

Ace Handyman Services Outer Banks is seeking a versatile professional skilled in carpentry, drywall, painting, minor electrical, and plumbing. Join our nationally recognized home services team in Kitty Hawk, NC, and help maintain and upgrade homes to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Carpentry: Interior and Exterior
• Drywall: Install, repair, tape, and finish. Spray textures and match existing textures.
• Painting: Apply various techniques for interior and exterior projects.
• Electrical: Handle minor tasks like changing outlets and fixtures.
• Plumbing: Fix leaks, replace faucets, and unclog drains.
• Doors and Windows: Installation, repairs, and replacements
• Maintain clean work areas and manage tools responsibly. Keep an organized workspace and van.
• Communicate with customers from start to finish of projects.

Requirements

• 2+ years of handyman experience
• Proficiency in carpentry, drywall, painting, minor electrical, and minor plumbing
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of using smart phone apps for work orders
• Valid NC driver's license with a clean driving record
• Background Check and Drug Screen Required
