Requirements

• Good overall knowledge of multiple trades: Plumbing, Carpentry, Tile, Electrical
• Proper equipment
• Troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Clean-cut appearance
• Decent looking vehicle
• Organized tools
• Ability to look around the property and communicate to customers about potential repairs or services
• Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders including Management, Office Personnel, Homeowners, Suppliers, Property Managers, and Commercial Customers
• Be punctual and efficient
• Strive for top customer satisfaction
• Enjoy being an integral part of a winning team
• Demonstrate ability and willingness to exceed customers' expectations

Qualifications

• Not necessarily having every tool, but knowing what tools are needed for certain tasks
• Quick thinker, able to examine issues and resolve them promptly and professionally
• Effective communicator with Management, Office Personnel, Fellow Employees, Homeowners, Suppliers, Property Managers, and Commercial Customers
