• Strong work ethic
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Good overall knowledge of multiple trades (Carpentry, Tiling, Painting, Drywalling, Light Plumbing, Electrical)
• Excellent customer service skills
• Solid communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to interact positively with various clients and colleagues
• Own standard set of tools for all trades
• Current and valid driver’s license
