Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry, tiling, painting, drywalling, and light plumbing and electrical work
• Estimate and manage projects independently
• Inspect homes for potential repairs or improvements
• Provide excellent customer service and interact positively with clients and colleagues
• Document and invoice work accurately

Requirements

• Successful prior track record as a Carpenter/Craftsman
• Estimation skills and prior home inspection experience (preferred)
• Own standard set of tools for all trades
• Own truck or van
• Valid driver’s license
• Residence within 15 miles of the city of [Insert Municipality here]
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Pass a background check and drug screen
