• Successful prior track record as a Carpenter/Craftsman
• Estimation skills and prior home inspection experience (strongly preferred)
• Ownership of a standard set of tools for all trades
• Own truck or van
• Current and valid driver’s license
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong documentation and invoicing skills
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

• Light Plumbing and Electrical skills
• Ownership of standard set of tools for all trades

Compensation: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
