Qualifications

• Good overall knowledge of all trades: Carpentry, Electrical fixtures, Plumbing fixtures, Paint, Drywall
• Basic set of hand tools required
• Troubleshooting Skills
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Presentable, personable, approachable, clean-cut appearance
• Well maintained vehicle
• Organized tools
• Look around the property and communicate to the customer things you could repair or things that our company can handle
• Take the time to earn the customer’s confidence and then inquire about additional work that could be performed
• Enjoy being an Integral part of a winning team
• Demonstrate ability and willingness to EXCEED Customers' expectations

Pay

$40.00 per hour
