Responsibilities

• Monday through Friday work week (8am to 5pm) - No weekend work.
• Properly troubleshoots problems and provides solutions in a timely and professional manner.
• Communicates effectively with management, office personnel, fellow employees, homeowners, suppliers, property managers, and commercial customers.
• Ensures a clean-cut appearance and organized tools.
• Looks around the property and communicates to the customer about potential repairs or services.
• Takes the time to earn the customer’s confidence and inquire about additional work.
• Sometimes takes the time to fix small issues and explain capabilities to customers.
• Is punctual, efficient, and maintains the highest integrity.
• Enjoys being part of a winning team and exceeds customer expectations.

Requirements

• A good overall knowledge of all trades:
• Plumbing
• Carpentry
• Tile
• Electrical
• Fence Repair
• Dry Wall
• Painting
• Owns proper equipment for most jobs.
• Has excellent communication skills.
• Has a clean-cut appearance and decent-looking vehicle.

Qualifications

• Highly motivated professional Craftsmen with skills in multiple trades.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
