About the role

Ace Handyman Services - Buford is seeking highly motivated professional Carpenters with skills in multiple trades. We operate a service-based company where most of our projects are estimated on a time & materials basis over the phone by our Office TEAM.

Responsibilities

• Handle business aspects through a franchise system
• Focus on the scope of work at hand
• Work out of your home on your choice of a full-time or part-time basis
• Travel to job sites in Johns Creek and nearby areas using your own truck or van
• Provide quality craftsmanship and customer service
• Manage your own job sites and interact directly with Homeowners and Property Managers

Requirements

• Strong work ethic
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Good overall knowledge of all trades
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to perform minor electrical and plumbing
• Own standard set of tools to perform all of the above trades
• Own truck or van
• Current and valid driver’s license
• Residence within 15 miles of the city of Insert Municipality here
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong documentation and invoicing skills

Qualifications for the Role

• Successful prior track record as a Carpenter / Craftsman
• Prior home inspection experience, strongly preferred

Skills

We are looking for Craftsmen with a strong work ethic, a professional appearance and demeanor, and a good overall knowledge of all trades—from Carpentry, Tiling, Painting, and Drywalling to light Plumbing and Electrical.

Pay

$23 - $34 per hour

Schedule

Your potential income can range from $45,000 to $68,000 per year, and we also provide performance bonuses.
