About the Role

We are currently seeking highly motivated professional craftsmen with skills in multiple trades. We are looking for talented, multi-skilled Craftsmen who are committed to quality work and customer service. Someone who possesses a strong will to complete all tasks assigned in a timely, professional manner. We need an independent thinker with strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills and a desire to enjoy the variety we offer.

Responsibilities

• A good overall knowledge of all trades.
• Light Plumbing
• Carpentry
• Siding/fascia/soffit repairs
• Windows and doors installation
• Flooring
• Doors/windows
• Light Electrical
• Drywall repair
• Fence and deck repair

Requirements

• Proper equipment not necessarily having every tool, but a basic set of tools for performing handyman repairs.
• Troubleshooting skills - must be a quick thinker and have the ability to examine a problem situation and come up with a resolution in a prompt and professional manner.
• Excellent communication skills - must be able to communicate with Homeowners, Management, Office Personnel, Fellow Employees, Suppliers, Property Managers and Commercial Customers.
• Decent looking vehicle.
• Organized tools.
• Takes time to earn the customer’s confidence.
• Someone who is punctual, efficient and maintains the highest integrity and strives for top customer satisfaction.
• Enjoys being an Integral part of a winning team.
• Demonstrates ability and willingness to EXCEED Customers' expectations.
