Craftsman

Responsibilities

• Properly equip yourself with a good overall knowledge of all trades including Plumbing, Carpentry, Tile, and Electrical.
• Troubleshoot issues quickly and professionally.
• Communicate effectively with various stakeholders including Management, Office Personnel, Homeowners, Suppliers, Property Managers, and Commercial Customers.
• Show up clean-cut and presentable, maintain a decent looking vehicle, and keep organized tools.
• Inspect properties, communicate potential repairs or services, and build customer trust.
• Be punctual and efficient, maintaining high integrity and striving for top customer satisfaction.
• Enjoy contributing to a winning team and exceeding customer expectations.

Requirements

• Not necessarily having every tool, but knowing which tools are needed for different tasks.
