About the role

Ace Handyman Services is seeking highly motivated professional Craftsmen with skills in multiple trades to work independently. Ideal candidates are independent thinkers with strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and a desire for variety.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality craftsmanship and customer service for repair, maintenance, and remodeling projects inside and outside homes and businesses in Cypress, Tomball, and Spring.
• Work out of your home on a full-time or part-time basis, using your own truck or van to travel to job sites.
• Perform a range of trades including Carpentry, Tiling, Painting, Drywall, and light Plumbing and Electrical.
• Estimate and manage projects, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
• Enjoy a flexible schedule and regular pay reviews.
• Receive performance bonuses and vehicle allowances.

Requirements

• Strong work ethic and professional appearance/demeanor.
• Successful prior track record as a Carpenter/Craftsman.
• Estimation skills and prior home inspection experience (preferred).
• Demonstrated record of working safely and commitment to zero-injury culture.
• Own standard set of tools to perform all trades.
• Own truck or van.
• Valid driver's license.
• Residence within 20 miles of central territory (18207 N Eldridge Pkwy, Tomball, TX 7737).
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong documentation and invoicing skills.
