Responsibilities

• Carpentry: Interior and Exterior.
• Drywall: Install, repair, tape, and finish. Spray textures and match existing textures.
• Painting: Apply various techniques for interior and exterior projects.
• Electrical: Handle minor tasks like changing outlets and fixtures.
• Plumbing: Fix leaks, replace faucets, and unclog drains.
• Doors and Windows: Installation, repairs, and replacements

Requirements

• 2+ years of handyman experience.
• Proficiency in carpentry, drywall, painting, minor electrical, and minor plumbing.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of using smart phone apps for work orders.
• Valid NC driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Background Check and Drug Screen Required.
