The Role
You will work side-by-side with a Lead Craftsman to help seniors and busy families maintain their homes. Your tasks will include:
- Job Site Support: Setting up tools, site preparation, and ensuring a clean, safe work environment.
- Aiding with Repairs: Helping with drywall patching, painting, flooring installation, and basic carpentry.
- Learning the Trade: Gaining hands-on experience in "Aging in Place" home modifications and general remodeling.
- Client Interaction: Providing a "first-class" and "sincere" experience for our customers.
Requirements
- Basic experience with hand tools or home repair is preferred but not required.
- Must have a positive attitude and be able to follow instructions carefully.
- Reliable transportation and a professional appearance are a must.
