About the role

The Key Account Manager position is responsible for managing key customer relationships in the Minneapolis, Detroit, and Cleveland areas. The Scientist I position is based in Melrose Park, IL.

Responsibilities

  • Manage key customer relationships
  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive sales growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in sales or business development
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
