CR/DR Technician - Lenexa, KS

About the role

PROtect, LLC is expanding its team in Lenexa, Kansas, seeking motivated Level I and Level II Computed Radiography (CR) / Digital Radiography (DR) Technicians.

Responsibilities

• Perform NDT inspections using Digital Radiography (DR) and Computed Radiography (CR).
• Utilize additional NDT methods as qualified, including RT, UTT, MT, and PT.
• Set up, calibrate, operate, and maintain NDT equipment.
• Identify and document defects in materials and components.
• Complete inspection reports, work orders, and documentation accurately and on time.
• Safely operate company vehicles and maintain a clean driving record.
• Follow all company and customer safety procedures.
• Level II Technicians may provide guidance, mentoring, and instruction to Level I technicians and assistants.
• Perform general equipment inspections, vehicle maintenance, and housekeeping duties.
• Afford additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Must be insurable under PROtect, LLC's insurance policy.
• State Card required.
• Level I or Level II RT Certification with CR/DR.
• Additional certifications in UTT, MT, and PT are preferred for Level I candidates and required for Level II candidates.
