CQV Senior Project Manager

About the role

The CQV Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading services delivered to life sciences clients in all aspects of CQV-project execution and capital project Operational Readiness.

Responsibilities

The role requires significant experience in Project Management Principles and Practices, including project execution throughout the entire project lifecycle, project planning, initiation, execution, and closeout requirements, project risk analysis, stakeholder engagement, communications management, and planning.

The CQV Senior Project Manager must be able to communicate the impact of changes in scope and schedule on budget, understand Earned Value Management, and apply situational leadership to manage project resources, allocate time-budgets, and adjust as needed.

Requirements

• 10+ years of industry experience in Commissioning, Qualification, and Validation and/or Computer Systems Validation and related technical areas
• Demonstrated experience in successful project management processes and expertise in project execution throughout the entire project lifecycle
• Fluent in English with excellent oral and written communication skills
• Able to travel domestically and internationally as required
• US Candidates must have been vaccinated or willing to be vaccinated for COVID-19 prior to starting employment

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have mastery of skills in stakeholder engagement, communications management, and planning, as well as expertise in project risk analysis and situational leadership.

Skills

The role requires skills in project management execution, CAI’s Operational Readiness Model, and the ability to translate project management execution to the model.
